GNMC Hosted Another Open House Gala Event

Sunday, April 29th 1pm to 5pm

Friends, students, faculty and community members joined us for chocolate, wine and music!

On the last weekend of April we hosted what has become one of our new favorite events. Guests tasted sample chocolates, a variety of desserts, and wine (for adults) while enjoying non-stop performances from current GNMC students, surprise guest or faculty performances and our very popular FREE mini-lessons.

Follow what happened by checking the schedule below!

2:00pm to 2:30pm: Mini Piano Concert and Talk with Pianist Sandro Russo

Widely acclaimed for his profound sense of poetry and distinctive style, our newest Faculty member pianist Sandro Russo has performed for audiences around the world. He has unanimously received accolades for his sparkling virtuosity, and his playing has often been referred to as a throwback to the grand tradition of elegant pianism and beautiful sound.

1:00pm to 5:00pm: “Musical Stars”

Guests joined us for an informal display of some of our most advanced music students. There were also be a few very special Faculty and Guest surprise performers. We appreciate everyone who came to support our talented students and enjoy their exceptional music.

1pm to 5pm: Free “Mini Lessons”!

Throughout the afternoon we continued our new tradition of free “Mini Lessons” on different instruments (piano, violin, flute, clarinet, guitar, and more!) for all ages.

Add wine tasting, chocolates and desserts and we have an open party for all who love music.
