GNMC Educates Students From All Over LI

The Great Neck Music Conservatory attracts some of the most talented music students from all over Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn! Most students commute 15-40 minutes for weekly lessons from neighboring towns such as Manhasset, Port Washington, Roslyn, Hicksville, Westbury, Sea Cliff, Garden City, Little Neck, Douglaston, Bayside, College Point and Flushing; however there are also many students traveling from further distances such as eastern Long Island or Manhattan.

Students of all ages attend the Great Neck Music Conservatory for private music lessons in piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, guitar and voice

Many also participate in chamber music groups that meet once a week. There are always many performance opportunities, master classes and competitions for students (those that are ready and interested) as they progress.

We also offer unique “Meet The Orchestra” classes for young children (ages 3 to 7) with hands on introductions to various instruments of the orchestra.
